چکیده
One alternative to increase production is maximize the use of biofloc system cultivation technology. However, problems in are; difficulty cultivators replace or alternatively commercial bacteria production. efforts made bacillus sp. The aim study was determine optimal concentration sp that could growth saline tilapia. This used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments, each repeated three times, so there were 12 units. tested Bacillus 0.0028 ml/L, 0.0030 0.0032 and 0.0034 ml/L. results showed highest protein retention 9.91%, fat 2.05% body glycogen content tilapia 0.68%. shows administration culture media has real effect.
